In honor of National Adoption Month, we’re featuring a few stories about adoptions and adoptive families.

That’s right–this Kryptonian tough girl was adopted by the Danvers family to raise her safely and teach her the ways of us Earthlings. And it’s a good thing too. Her adopted sister Alex saves her butt all. the. time.
How to Commemorate

- Bring someone hot coffee, maybe your boss.
- Traditional food: potstickers and pecan pie.
